General sales and delivery terms

In all cases in which we act as offeror or supplier, our offers, assignments given to us and agreements concluded with us are subject to the General conditions for sales and delivery for the technological industry (FME-CWM conditions). These conditions have been filed at the Registry of the District Court of The Hague under number 13/2022. In all cases in which we act as applicant, buyer or principal, all offers made by a supplier to us, assignments given by us and agreements concluded with us are subject to the General Purchasing Terms and Conditions of MTA Group B.V. and its Dutch subsidiaries. These conditions are filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven under number 17144981. At your request the applicable terms and conditions will be sent to you.
