PRODUCTION COMPETENCE CENTER
IN-HOUSE KNOWLEDGE HUB FOR MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES
Our Production Competence Center is an indispensable link: the perfect place to showcase MTA’s added value.
This extensive in-house knowledge hub focuses on research and improvement of manufacturability and cost efficiency, eliminating interpretation ambiguities in the Technical Product Documentation (TPD), and the setup and optimization of production processes. It serves as a crucial bridge between developers and production, bringing the metaphorical architect and contractor together, fully aligned with our V² philosophy.
The Production Competence Center is also utilized as a ‘fast lane’ for prototype production and the launch of the production of complex components.

MTA is not restricted in its technology selection, allowing us to be completely objective in choosing the most suitable manufacturing techniques and production chains. We are highly flexible, as we can swiftly adapt to specific circumstances and scale up in expertise and volume.
MTA works with an international supply chain with trusted production partners. Naturally, we are closely connected to the Brainport ecosystem and the high-tech manufacturing industry in the Netherlands. However, thanks to our extensive global network, we are not solely dependent on production capacity in this region.
