You can really make a difference here yourself!

A round of MTA with Jack van Nunen!

19 June, 2024

In my previous post, I referred to our new management team within MTA Group that has taken shape over the past two years. The position of Director Supply Chain & Operations is manned by Jack van Nunen. A colleague with very broad experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry, both on the OEM side and also on the supply side. With senior roles at prominent companies in project management and operations management, among others, he knows better than anyone what the ingredients are for cost-efficient series production.

I walked with Jack the usual tour of our company that I normally do with guests. Such a tour always makes me proud and makes me realise that we really have something special on our premises, especially, of course, because of the feedback from visitors but also now because of Jack's enthusiasm.

Via the Skillslab, we arrive at the Production Competence Centre. A place where the added value of MTA is eminently visible. Fully in line with our unique V² philosophy, the focus here is on improving manufacturability, removing interpretation sensitivity, setting up the supply chain and optimising production processes.

This is where the foundations are laid for an efficient production process and where we really make a difference!

The tour continues via logistics to the assembly area where all the colleagues involved look out from their workstations. There we join a stand-up meeting and speak to Servaas van den Broek, a colleague with a rich MTA past.

Then Jack has the perfect closing; "You see Robert, this is exactly why I chose MTA. A team with top people, diversity of challenging projects, the opportunity to build the organisation and room for your own input. You can really make a difference yourself here!"

Would you like to walk this round of MTA too?
