For more than 10 years, MTA has worked closely with SPGprints, now as a true full-service partner. We serve as an extension of SPGprints' production and assembly capabilities, allowing them to focus on their core activities.

The challenge in 2009 was to transfer the entire product portfolios of the Rotary Screen Units to MTA.
The goals of this transition were:
1. Scaling up production and delivering fully assembled and tested Rotary Screen units
2. Improving performance and quality as a full-service provider
3. Reducing the overall cost of the complete product portfolio
4. Shortening lead times for all products
The approach
The entire product portfolio for SPGPrints was brought to market in a short period of time. Over years of collaboration, we have delivered more than 1,000 screen units, in various versions, on time and with the right quality to SPGPrints. Additionally, we have implemented several engineering programs to improve the price-performance ratio of these systems.

The Solution
MTA has all the competencies in-house to handle the full production of mechatronic systems for professional OEMs. Thanks to a dedicated project team, SPGPrints successfully transferred the SPGPrints product portfolio seamlessly.
All the necessary information for the production, construction, and testing of the systems has been analyzed, documented, and integrated into MTA's production processes.
